The National Labor Relations Board recently issued a decision regarding employees’ rights to use their employer’s e-mail system to send union-related e-mails. The employees of Elarbee Thompson have pulled together and are feeding the homeless. Employees have divided into five teams and on a rotation basis, meets twice a month to prepare sandwiches for the homeless shelter in Atlanta - Open Door. The experience has been rewarding and a wonderful team-building opportunity. "It is a great way to give back to the community and it is wonderful to see the firm working together on a community project" says managing partner, Stan Wilson.
