President Obama removed all doubt about his position on the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) and told more than 100 labor leaders yesterday that EFCA will be passed. As reported in the Wall Street Journal, President Obama renewed his support for the controversial legislation. While we had been hopeful that the current economic crisis would focus the administration's attention on more pressing matters, EFCA is expected to be introduced in the next few weeks.
