On May 20, 2010, the Department of Labor’s Office of Labor Management Standards issued a final regulation implementing Executive Order 13496: “Notification of Employee Rights Under Federal Labor Law.” Signed by President Obama on January 30, 2009, the Executive Order requires federal contractors and subcontractors to post notification of employee rights under federal labor laws.
