Impacts of DRA 2005 on imaging centers
I've asked Doug Smith, of the Barrington Lakes Group, to provide his experience, so far in 2007, with respect to the impacts of DRA 2005 on imaging centers. Conspiracy Case Brought by Specialty Hospital Against Hospitals and Insurers Will Proceed to Trial

A U.S. district court judge in Kansas has found that sufficient evidence exists for 19-bed Heartland Spine & Specialty Hospital in Overland Park, Kansas, to proceed with its antitrust lawsuit against some of the state's major healthcare providers. (Heartland Surgical Specialty Hosp. LLC v. Midwest Division Inc., No. 05-2164 (D.C. Kan. Oct. 17, 2007)).
