The FTC has issued an advisory opinion stating that it will not challenge the proposed clinical integration program of TriState Health Partners, Inc., a physician-hospital organization. The program would include joint contracting by its members with health plans and self-insured employers.

The Office of Inspector General ("OIG"), Department of Health & Human Services, released its Work Plan for fiscal year 2010.  The Work Plan describes the work the OIG plans to initiate or continue in the coming year.
